My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms had a classic Bavarian style, were large, and very centrally located, making them quite comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when our EU vaccine QR codes had issues. The location had its charm coming from an old building, although it was a bit far from the train station for us with large baggage. Dining was fantastic with heaps of German traditional food, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel offers clean, efficient rooms that are much bigger than typical family rooms in German hotels. While the rooms may seem a little 'quaint' to some, they were clean and spacious. The furnishings, however, appeared old and uncomfortable. The service provided was friendly and helpful, including a staff member walking us to our car when construction blocked our route. The location is outstanding, situated just off the main square in Rothenburg. The dining experience, with a variety of food options for lunch, was enjoyable, although breakfast was not in a buffet style. The facilities were satisfactory, with notable pet amenities available.

The hotel had a very dated decor in the rooms, reminiscent of the 70s with wallpaper and orange plastic wood, but the rooms were huge and offered a sitting area separate from the bed. Despite some street noises, the stay was comfortable overall.
